분기마다 유럽, 남미, 동남아, 동아시아 등등 많은 곳들을 여행하는 편입니다. 그러는 동안 아주 비싼 고급 호텔에서 아주 저렴한 호스텔까지 다양한 숙박을 경험해 봤지만 이곳에서의 경험은 저의 BSET 3 중의 한 곳이 되었습니다. 우선 최고의 직원들입니다. 다낭에서 밤비행기로 새벽에 도착하였지만 완벽한 응대로 체크인이 가능했습니다. 머무는 3박 내내 마음의 진심이 느껴지는 친절함은 후에 여행을 더욱 즐겁게 해 주기에 모자람 없었습니다. 객실의 청결함은 물론 독특한 엘리베이터와 건물의 분위기,테라스와 적절히 배치된 조식장의 분위기, 음식 등은 부족함이 없었습니다. 더불어 수요일 저녁 재즈 공연은 특별함을 더하기 부족함이 없었습니다. 지내는 동안 작은 컨플레인이 있었는데 너무나 전문적인 응대와 빠른 대안 제시는 최고급 호텔로써 면모를 보여 주기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 제가 영혼 없는 현대식 건물을 싫어하는 편이기도 하지만 이곳의 전체적인 분위기는 후에와 너무 나도 잘 어울렸습니다. 후에 에서 다낭까지 기차 티케팅까지도 컨시어지 서비스를 통해 해결했으니 더이상 말할 필요는 없을 것 같습니다. 숙박은 시설업이기도 하지만 사람이 제공하는 서비스를 판매하는 곳이기 때문에 어떤 사람들이 운영하고 서비스를 제공하느냐는 그 무엇보다 중요한 업종이라 생각합니다. 그런 의미에서 이곳은 최고의 점수를 줄 수 있습니다. 저희는 내년 후에를 이 호텔에 머물기 위해 다시 방문하기로 결정하였습니다. (올해 여행 일정은 이미 확정되었으므로) 후에 여행에서 이 호텔은 후회없는 선택이 될 것이라 확신하며 추천합니다. 머무는 동안 만났던 모든 직원분들께 다시 한 번 감사의 말씀을 드립니다.

Great Stay @ Indochine Palace The hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The staff were exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room size was generous, and the bathroom was spotless. Hot water was readily available, ensuring a comfortable stay. I had a peaceful night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings. We loved staying here & would definitely return. The staff are very attentive, without being overwhelming. The beds are very comfortable & the rooms immaculate. Thoroughly enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet & a call out to Alice who made us feel very welcomed & looked after us each morning. Exceptional The first two nights, we stayed in a deluxe double room, we like how the width and the display of the room. Their breakfast is rich and generous with asian and international cuisine and they're tasty. Than the last two nights we moved to a palace studio with city and mountain view, we love everything about this room. It was our wedding anniversary, the front desk and staffs were very kind to make us a last minute suprise. Our stay experience at Indochine Palace Hotel is so pleasant and well kept in our memories. In the end, we would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone who go to Hue.

Indochine!!! We had studio room and it was spacious. Love the location. Breakfast Buffet is yum!!! Though the hotel feels old but its classic style ticked all the box and we simply enjoyed our stay. Staffs were above and beyond in helping. Room was done twice a day. Can’t fault anything.

What all hotels should aspire to be It was perfection. If I ever come back to Hue it’s the only place I’d consider going back to. The decor is classic indochine and you cannot believe that you haven’t gone back to some bygone era because of how good service is. Everything was beautiful and most importantly comfortable. I was nice to sit in my squashy chair in the room and look out from my balcony every day to watch guest sunbathing or take in the incense in the air. The breakfast spread was the biggest I’d ever seen. You’d want for nothing but I especially liked the Vietnamese rice rolls which were very fresh and I’m Cantonese so I know my rice rolls. They had jazz every night which was really appreciated and different. The best part was the staff who really took care of us. For example, I was running out the door because I was in a rush to go to an early morning flight when I remembered my jacket was forgotten. Upon looking my jacket was already put together with suitcase as they had swept the room in that short time and saved me time. Next time I’d stay in Hue longer. It was relaxing to walk along the river and see the cultural side of Vietnam.

Our favorite hotel in Hue! My partner and I used to live in Hue, and for the past few years, we have been traveling back to the city for work. The Indochine Palace Hotel is by far our favorite hotel in Hue! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always remembering us with a smile. The hotel has a very warm and inviting ambiance, and it’s impeccably clean and well-maintained. We especially love the buffet breakfast, the plush beds, and carpet, which in our experience, is quite rare to find in Vietnam. Overall, we find the Indochine Palace Hotel to be an exceptional value, and we can’t wait for our next stay. Thank you so much, Indochine staff, for your hospitality, always! See you next time. ;-))

Simply fabulous - highly recommend Great location, excellent facilities, friendly welcoming staff who were extremely helpful. As our selected room was unavailable, we were given an upgrade without any fuss or drama - just an apology for any inconvenience! We were delighted with the upgrade - excellent customer service and all done with sincerity and a smile. Breakfast was amazing - great selection of food and beverages available with service from polite and helpful staff. I used the spa which offered a range of treatments and massages at very reasonable prices. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and had a safe, mini bar and lots of luxury extras.

Magnificent hotel, def recommend a stay here We had a warm welcome when we arrived. Help with our suitcases and taken to our beautiful room in this beautiful hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are very attentive and kind. Fabulous swimming pool, albeit very cold:). We used the spa for a voyagers , 2hr 15 min of fabulousness. Use of the sauna and steam room then a foot massage was just incredible, included reflexology, brilliant back next and shoulder. Definitely recommend this to anyone. It is a magnificent hotel, I would 100% recommend, my favourite so far in Vietnam. We ate in the hotel restaurant two evenings, lovely food. The breakfast is second to none, so much choice.

Incredibly attentive staff who noticed that a member of our group of 16 had a birthday during our stay and offered to provide a small cake for a quick celebration. It made her day that much more special. I'm not a fan of the open bathroom, but the rooms were spacious, the breakfast excellent, and the decor is nice. Hotel provided transfers were also a good value. We all liked staying there and would do so again. Also would recommend to others.

This is an unparalleled five-star hotel. The room facilities are well maintained. From check-in to check-out, it was perfect. The service staff Vy, Sophia, Hien, Hieu and the boy who checked out in the morning were all excellent. They felt the warmth of home here and experienced the excellent five-star service! Beautiful hotel in Hue, Vietnam. We had a very nice time in Indochine Palace hotel. This hotel was very beautiful. Rooms were furnished with quality furniture and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful,specially Kha. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for a hotel in Hue, Vietnam.

Classy hotel with classier staff The place is very quaint and classy, and very clean. The beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, the water pressure for the shower was very strong! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day, there were many options. The make-your-own-Pho bar came in handy for a hangover. Seriously though, the staff were incredible! Super welcoming, spoke English very well, helped us out with finding our way around town and just everything! The best one was Joy, he was a master concierge! He spent time to help us change our flight with the local airline when we couldn’t get through to them, and he was so patient and friendly the whole time. He’s a really great guy!

A great experience at the Indochine Palace Our family had a great experience at the Indochine Palace hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge Kha, who was super helpful with tour suggestions and booking restaurants and taxis for us. The hotel is large and grandly decorated. It’s showing a little age in places but overall still impressive. After dinner one night, we caught a chill jazz group in the lounge area which made it a really pleasant evening. The breakfast buffet (complete with egg chef) was enormous and varied and the breakfast area is spacious and lovely. The hotel is away from the busier nightlife area which to us, was a good thing. And Hue isn’t big so it’s just a 15 min walk or a 3 minute Grab or taxi ride to the busier parts. We’d happily stay here again if we to ever return to Hue.

Great service, hotel, and food We had a tremendously good stay in Hue at the Palace. The room was spacious and very clean, hotel is close to tourist area and river, and the concierge was superb. Ms. Vy helped with our excursions to the Citadel, tomb, and other places, while Mr. Tam drove and guided us around. Tam went out of his way to find a short river cruise with afternoon tea and cookie service and trip to a nice pagoda complex on river. All were quite affordable. Tam also drove us to Hoi An after our visit and we stopped at five places along the way, service was great and we highly recommend staying at the Palace and having them book excursions for you. On arrival, they sit down with guests to go thru your booking and help plan excursions and where to eat and so forth. Much more helpful and personable than typical hotels so we were so happy with Vy’s help and Tam’s chauffeuring us to see it all. Also, breakfast buffett is really big and well appointed with food and nice surroundings. We highly recommend staying here.

Impressive and elegant hotel Elegant hotel with shiny marble floors, high ceilings, courteous and formal doormen and staff and luxury rooms. Kha was the young lady who checked us in and she was kind, professional and answered all our typical tourist questions. Her English was extremely good! She walked us to our room and helped us locate all the buttons and switches. I wish all hotels had Kha! It would make our introduction to a new city so much easier. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony that overlooked the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were nice. Air conditioning kept us nice and cool. I definitely would stay here again!

Indochine Palace - High-End Luxury with top level hospitality Absolutely loved the staff. Kha, Bao Le, Edward, Rum, Hien, Daniel, Vy. The concierge desk was fantastic and couldn’t do more to make our stay memorable. They’re an asset to the hotel, provided great recommendations and were so pleasant! And Kha’s English was amazing! Love her! Awesome shower and pressure! Awesome bed, pillows! Awesome robes that fit Westerners! Awesome breakfast! Rooms are very large! I was on 11th floor in a one bedroom suite - with a balcony and we stayed for 5 days. Request a pool view when you book (not a street view).

Holiday 27-29 Mar 25 On arrival we were upgraded to a suit it was fantastic this really enhanced our experience of Hue. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was very clean with exceptional facilities. The pool was really big with plenty of beds and towels supplied on arrival at the pool. We only had breakfast but this was fantastic. The bar was well stocked with a good verity of cocktails, wines and beer and again the barman on the 28th was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have no problem recommending the Indochine Palace Hotel Hue five star ⭐

Simply Fabulous Great hotel in an excellent location. Warm, friendly welcome received from staff on arrival. The grade of room we had booked was unavailable so we were upgraded to a suite - no fuss or drama. Excellent customer service. The hotel facilities were superb. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. There was a great selection at breakfast with food regularly checked and topped up by one of the chefs. The Spa offered a great range of treatments and all very reasonably priced compared with the UK. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again on my next visit to Hue.

Just amazing, time and time again Wow, just wow! This was our second visit to Vietnam and to the Indochine, this time extending our stay as we were so impressed with the last stay. This stay only cemented our love of this hotel, its staff , Hue and its surrounds as well as the people of Vietnam. We arrived early but all the stops were pulled out to get our rooms ready for us, despite the hotel being incredibly busy. We were impressed on our last visit with the comprehensive nature of check in, with all parties showing a genuine desire to please and ensure we had a fantastic stay. The level of customer service it outstanding. We were fortunate to be upgraded to suites on a higher floor, which were beyond anything we have stayed in at previous 5 star hotels in any country. We didn’t want to leave our rooms!! We at breakfast , lunch and dinner over the course of our stay and each meal was fantastic not only due to great service and food quality but also the setting next to the wonderful pool. Unfortunately we once again didn’t get to use the pool, but even more reason to visit again! The real jewel in the crown of this hotel is not the rooms, the pool or the food, it’s the amazing service from all the staff. Every single person we interacted with went out of their way to help us, engage with us and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and the country. We feel like we left friends behind ! Needless to say we will be returning again next year (this is becoming our annual pilgrimage)!

Exceptional customer service The staff members were exceptional in all areas. I was suffering from a knee injury and staff members supplied ice and an ice pack on a regular basis without making me feel I was a nuisance. The mattress and pillows were so soft and fluffy and easily the most comfortable of all the 7 hotels we stayed in on our trip. All in all a first class experience at this lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel located in a good area within walking distance or a short grab to main hot spots. Bed was the comfiest we have had the whole trip, and room was by far the largest also, yet very affordable. Staff were always lovely, and a shout out to the super Kha always greeting us with a smile upon our coming and going. Will be back in the warmer months!

My husband decided to splurge and booked us two nights here near the end of our trip before flying back to Hanoi to be with family for Tet! He also booked another similar room for my parents. We all agreed that we absolutely loved the hotel, the location is perfect with it’s proximity to the Citadel, markets, restaurants, etc, while the amenities are wonderful, the bed and linens are so comfortable (my husband is a side sleeper and loved the bed)! On our departure day, our paintings that was in its carrier was accidentally missed however, we were very very pleased and impressed that the hotel sent it to us in Hanoi on a bus as soon as Tet was over so we can have it before returning back to Canada! That is excellent service! Thank you for a wonderful stay! My husband and I will definitely be back on our next visit to Hue!
